This song is about being stranded in a place you don't know after a one night stand and being so driven by the need to work that you give truckers hand jobs so that they drive you to work...

It's not a true story at all but this is: Alex improved and recorded his own version of this song for a Goldenboy Prevails album early on in our friendship. He played it live at a show once and I made fun of him for singing a song about giving hand jobs to truckers and then he pointed out that I wrote it. ... I did write it. Anyway...
