By September 2008, The Pineapple Army had unofficially been formed. I wasn't sure what it was just yet but what it seemed to be was unfiltered, musical madness. September was compiled from various recording sessions at various places via various mediums. There was a whole cassette tape filled up with improvised jams in Alex's basement. There was a session recorded with Adam Kutz with produced some strange yet stoney songs and there were also several songs worked on solo at my grandparent's house

Somehow, the cassette tape ended up reversed. In an attempt to "copy" the audio from tape to my computer, I played the tape through two speakers faced at a USB microphone, recorded all the reversed audio, and then reversed THAT to make it sound normal again. Was it worth it? I don't know.

Alex recorded this take live playing the synth and singing lyrics he had written earlier that day. He's still dying but he's okay.
