It's gotta be loosely based on Hot Fuzz. That's my best guess.

Sounds like a late night basement recording to me. That was the benefit of making beats, I could record quiet, lazy vocals and not wake up my sleeping grandparents. I definitely hit the bong right before recording these. You can hear that sweet, sweet smoke in my mouth when I start "singing".
