about

October: A World of Zombies was a weird album. I wanted to do with October: The Harvest what I did with June and July, redo the songs with better production and Alex. For some reason the songs just weren't hitting the way they did before. My takes were lackluster and the songs felt a little stale because of it. I literally just added this song last minute while putting the song on Bandcamp because I felt the album needed SOME representation. The only other good song from the album has me using the n-word so... shrug emoji.

Back in the day we used to have what we called Generation Blunts. We would smoke a blunt and save the roach and when we had enough roaches, we would open them up and extract the resined weed and roll a bunt with that. The idea was to then have enough Generation Blunts to roll a third Generation Blunt with those roaches.

lyrics

Get me a scalpel, nurse
This situations getting worse
We have to get there first
We have to beat the hearse

They want to throw him in a tomb
Set the fire, secure doom
We only wanted some more room
Is that too much to ask of you?

If you kept up on history
You wouldn't do this arguing
Look at that, now he's coding
We need to perform roach surgery
The methods tend to miss the point
The reason for that pseudo-joint
Was so that we could now anoint
The foliage living in the loins
If you kept up on history
You wouldn't do this arguing
Look at that, now he's coding
We need to perform roach surgery

The smaller the knife
The bigger the prize
It's amateur hour
In front of your eyes
Thank God we were there
To save his life
Now let's set his
Insides on fire
The sharper the wit
The better the pick

How'd you know that the tiny reminders would stick?
It's because we're never finished with it
How'd you know that the tiny reminders would stick?
It's because we're never finished with it

If you kept up on history
You wouldn't do this arguing
Look at that, now he's coding
We need to perform roach surgery

about

The Pineapple Army Michigan

I've always been terrible at writing biographies so why stop now. We're probably a band from Michigan. We don't adhere to a specific genre which causes mild schizophrenia in certain individuals. We will write commercial jingles for the right price and we do NOT play at weddings, only funerals. ... more
