about

I don't remember a whole lot about recording January: A New Theory. I know I wasn't getting out to Alex's as much because of college and most of the songs were done solely by me.

Each song was accompanied by a voicemail from various friends including: Tom, Alex, Brigid and Steve Joe.

This song is about the day we smoked 3 and a half blunts. Who is we? I do not know. Why not four? Because we have self-control.

lyrics

Our heads are climbing ladders
Pushing skyward
Nothing matters
We're going to have to try very hard
To play the proper card

Intelligence neglected
Mentality elected
To the choral line infected
By the rich and oversexed.. or something

Tree stumps of ligaments
The taste of licorice
The horror of the tourists buying
People out of oranges... or something

Dig through the elemental
Accidentally accidental
We all know your game and handle
We're blowing up all of your apples... or something

Or something

Everything hurts so good for now

The Pineapple Army Michigan

We will write commercial jingles for the right price and we do NOT play at weddings, only funerals. ... more
